Play Football Initial Data

Welcome aboard! You've checked out what we offer and like what you see, now it's time for us to set you up. We have quite a bit to do behind the scenes to ensure you get the best experience right from the start.

There are two ways to start;
1. with a basic setup, no imported data, or
2. with your base set of members already imported.

We feel the second one is the way to go because you have all your information to kick off your season registrations with.

Which Report in Play Football?

We need your current list of members.   It’s a fairly simple process to get this directly from Play Football and should only take your Registrar about 5 minutes using these simple steps:
1. Log in to Play Football Admin portal at (https://admin.playfootball.com.au/login.aspx?mode=0)

2. Select the REPORTS main menu

3. Under the Organisation section, select the Enterprise Reports link

4. When in the Enterprise Reports screen, select the Participant Reports section and then the Registration Extract report

5. You can provide From and To dates if you like, but the Reg Period should be sufficient, so click on the Create Report button

6. Your report will appear in the Report Status List section near the top of the screen and display a twirling circle under the Status column on the left.   Once the report is done, the twirling circle will be replaced with a green tick

7. Click on the 'RegistrationExtract.xlsx (zip)' link to download the report and then save the report to your computer

It’s as simple as that.   You can now check your data and make any changes that stand out to you, but that is not necessary as we have developed some cool tools to take the manual effort out of that, so just email the RegistrationExtract.zip file to us and let us prove you chose us for a good reason.
