There are a number of ways in which to learn how to use our software and services or to troubleshoot your issues.

Head it off at the pass

We go to enormous lengths to make our software as useable as possible in the hope that many issues would be “headed-off at the pass” through a process of self-discovery by simply clicking-on the various options available from the Control Room. 

Most of the features in Majestri are information-providing rather than modify/delete focussed so you will find it hard to do any damage to your data - be brave, go ahead and explore!

Knowledgebase - Text & Video

Access to an online knowledgebase of “how-to” and troubleshooting tips is provided in both textual and video forms. 

Experience has shown that short, sharp “how-to” videos are one of the most powerful means of training and support. A library of these videos can be found in its own section of the Control Room and videos can be viewed at the click of a button and at a time that is most convenient to you.

You can email us at support@majestri.com.au with a question that you consider would require a simple yes/no answer or a quick reply. You may receive a reply from us requesting that the question be logged in the Issue Register should it turn-out to be more involved than you initially thought
