How do we set-up an Event (e.g. season, membership year, short course, etc.)?

Before online registrations can take place, an Event must be created within Majestri.  An Event can be a membership year, a sporting season or something smaller such as a 2-day course.

How do we set-up a Fee Package?

We have provided a number of registration Fee Packages for Events (i.e. a season, coaching clinic, etc.).  Hopefully you can find a Fee Package that matches your organisation's schedule of fees.

If you cannot find an appropriate Fee Package from those that we already provide then please get in touch to discuss the options for tailoring a specific Fee Package for you.

How to I add someone to a completed Registration? How does this affect any existing invoice?

Once a registration has been completed, administrators and registrars can add and remove people to the registration.


It is important to note when a completed registration is changed, the fees don't automatically change.  Fees must be adjusted manually, using the 'Create Adjustment' link on the registration page.  This allows you to manually determine whether extra money is owed or should be refunded depending on how the registration has changed.

How do I delete an event?

To delete an event, use the 'All Events' link  available in the control room from any tab that contains events.  You will be presented with a screen displaying all events created to date for your organisation, with the option to delete it using the little cross on the right hand side.


Note: deleting an event will also remove the registrations associated with the event, but not the debts / invoices (if any).
